question regarding free DLC

Since I'm new user and can't post anywhere else I'll just ask here .....
I finished this game a while ago and just decided to start a new one ...
Started to play a bit and suddenly I remembered about the free DLC stuffs ( hair styles, clothers etc) who could spice up my replay of the game + expansions, making it more interesting.
Just that i don't want to play again from stratch .... is possible to have those DLC ingame without a frew start ?

I think so but I'm not sure. They will for sure work with new game or new game + but if you load up a save mid-way through the game I can't guarantee it'll work.

Yes, you should be able to add the 16 free DLCs at any point, without a fresh start. That's how it was when they first released.
