Performance drops in Novigrad to 30 fps,8700K (not overclocked)+RX 480, ultra, hw off
Something weird is happening. Also, Battlefield 1 starts stuttering like crazy... Witcher 3 performance almost 50% less in Novigrad (can drop to 30FPS)... trying reinstalling drivers, putting older drivers, removing some malware... nothing happens. Plus, resolution is only 1280*1024 (still didn't change my old monitor). Have any ideas guys?
Edit: What I noticed, CPU usage is the same in Novigrad and other, non cpu-demaning places (in 25-6%), and as I remember, it should go much higher, in like 60% mark on my processor... Also, in Novigrad, when jumping from low to high, difference is about 5 frames, around 40's... which is awful
