Master Master Master Master Quest Bug

Hi can someone help find out the quest ID number for "Master Master Master Master!" in the Blood and Wine DLC The quest has glitched out.

P.S - I am very aware of how i glitched the quest, just would love if someone could get the quest ID number.

P.P.S - Can some also please provide the command line needed to be able to complete a quest.This i really messing with my OCD. Thanks!

I have posted the quest ID in another thread, but what is the problem exactly? Does the quest objective not get checked even though you did already ask about the contract? Anyway, these are all the facts that might have something to do with this quest:

I think it is one of those in bold that you need to add with addfact(), but it would probably be best if you posted a save file.

basically i already collected all the diagrams before going to seek out the armorer. Once i made my way to him, i told him that i had already collected all five diagrams. And thats all, the quest wont progress any further ill attach a save file if you wish to take a look

Unfortunately, I cannot download the file, as it is larger than 2 MB and I do not have an account at nexusmods. Does the command removefact(th701_all_diagrams_found) enable the dialogue options that let you progress? You may need to add the fact again after that.
