Game crash when I enter swamp areas

The problem is not my specs I can run all recent games on ultra graphics. Here is the report:

2.) Delete everything in your ...Documents\The Witcher3\... directory (EXCEPT the gamesaves folder -- KEEP that), then verify the integrity of the game cache through Steam.

3.) If the problem persists, try beginning a new game and speed-through to Velen. If the swamp does not crash in the new game, unfortunately the problem most likely exists in your save-state. (That's not the end of the line, though!)

Let us know how that goes!

I am using mods, I played with them a little and discoverd something weird. If I remove 3 mods the game doesn't crash in the swamp, even if those mods have nothing to do with graphics or anything big..

That's probably your answer. Mods can often affect many game processes in unexpected or indirect ways. Also, removing mods can potentially cause even more damage than simply leaving them installed. As long as you're sure you've followed the uninstallation procedure for each mod you've removed, and as long as the game works, you should be good to go. If there are issues after the mods are uninstalled, then that could be an issue with your save-state. The only thing to do in that case is try loading further back until you find a save that works.

Whenever adding a new mod, always be sure you back up your saves and test the mods without saving your game. If you find an issue or decide not to go with one of them, uninstall it, then manually delete all auto-saves, followed by replacing your backup copies. Once you find a mod mix you're happy with -- it's discipline time! Simply avoid adding new mods or (most importantly) removing mods for the remainder of that playthrough.

In worst-case scenarios, the removal of a mod can leave conflicting reference data in your save-state that makes it impossible for the game to function correctly without it. The only option there is to restore to a point before the offending mod was first installed, or begin a new game. Someday, a system will hopefully be developed that allows more freedom with adding / removing mods. Maybe tomorrow. ;) But not today.
