HELP ! Stuck at Defeat Witch Hunter on a matter life and death quest

just as the title said

Im stuck at that mission
i did defeated the witch hunter already
but the quest indicator said that i need to defeat the witch hunter...

i can't save
and im stuck in the labiryn...HELP

There are two or three witch hunters in the labyrinth; did you defeat all of them?

If yes, then the next question would be whether you're using any mods.

Yes and yes... hmm.. because of mods ?

Always a possibility, unfortunately.

Try temporarily disabling all your mods and see if that fixes the issue - assuming you're still able to load the latest save.

okay fixed... i just glad i only have 3 mods installed...
the blood mods i think the one that make it stuck...
