Please help : get back old saves on Xbox One (beware of spoilers)

Hi fellows Witchers,
I need your help. Yesterday, I realized I made a mistake about the story. Instead of giving informations to Djikstra about Nilfgaard, I broke his leg and ran with Philippa. So now, I can't kill Radovid because the quest doesn't activate. So I went to the menu to load an old save but I can't find the save, it doesn't appear on the list. How can I get back my save ? Are they in a file somewhere ?

I'm not native so sorry if I made mistakes. If you don't quite understand, feel free to ask me some questions.

The game has a save slot limit for manual saves on Xbox 1, 8 if I remember correctly, so I guess you accidently overwrote the save you need. In that case there's absolutely no way to get it back, I'm sorry. Check all the saves available to you and if you can't find a suitable one there, then that's it.

Arg then I'm doomed In the oldest save the quest is already done, so I can't get back.
