Switching from regular disc to GOTY disc - lost all saved games ?!?
Purchase GOTY edition on disc and after playing for almost 2 months realized I was accidentally handed the the regular edition disc (missed all the DLC from GOTY)
I had the disc replaced at the store - but now on my xbox one I seem to have 2 separate installs (1 Witcher 3 & 1 witcher 3 GOTY) -
the saves from the regular edition I played so far ARE NOT available on the GOTY installation !
I can only start a new game there and not load anything.
How can I get the saves from the disc based installation of the regular edition to be acknowledged by GOTY version and pick up from the same spot ?!?!
