I had this idea for a Trauma Team ad poster. Hope you chummers like it.

I like this a lot, it would be cool to see a series of these, I like that while it invokes that old school war propaganda feel, I feel like the font & vibrant color choices make it look more like something made in a cyberpunk world trying to look retro than a retro thing importing cyberpunk imagery.

I really like the shading and the colour scheme could be tweaked for a darker or lighter look.
