What do you mean? it was a gameplay demo recorded prior to the showing, ages ago, of course they didn't have a say in it. In the game you will 100% be able to decide who you want to sleep with.

I wasn't overly interested in the sex stuff in the game so far but I must say if you don't get to bang the corp mommy from the demo I'll be sorely disappointed.

Let see , I'm used to 'Fade to black' . BG2 had it , then again even if it didn't..it isn't like you could see anything anyway .
So yeah , I'm fine with 'Fade to black' . I'm also fine with the way Mass effect did it's sex scene . The only thing I didn't like..is how it was at the end..like some kind of 'reward' for sticking with the game that far lol .
In ME: Andromeda..it was a bag of dissapointement and lies . The 'Banging gonna be good' and 'Organic' was for a few romance . I romanced Suvi and Vetra...one didn't have a sex scene at all! and the other did but was fade to black . Peebee get 2 sex scene , Jaal get one full nudity..and Cora...get one too .
A real romance would : Let you do the sex scene anytime you want . It shouldn't be like a 'reward' of some kind .
And it would be the same (not as in same animation) but same...like everyone get the sex scene not just a select few .
So I'll be for 'Full sex scene' with nudity and for everyone . And plz , no clothes in a shower...and no 'grinding' a la DAO for Lesbian...that's so not how it goes .

Agreed. This is a game, not a porno. I don't mind any kind of nudity, but there should be a reason for it. Nudity case showcase the desperation and darkness of a game, as it does in the first part of the demo. To include sex and nudity just to see it though is uncalled for.
If CDPR can manage to make the game a little bit pornographic and versatile they will be remembered for it. If the game turns out to be as fantastic has shown and told, adding more social realism would make it legendary.
They've said you can choose who you prefer. The demo just left the creation mode on all defaults to speed along showing off the gameplay.

There is no such thing as bad publicity when it comes to sex-in-games, and frankly annoying Feminist Frequency will be very popular with the target market for a game like this. From a business point of view, it is hard to see a downside for sending the usual suspects off the deep end as they will provide free marketing
At best you will get to see some manly butts, this isn't porn and not even in TW3 they showed the snatch in full view in the sex scenes. Maybe you will get to see a wang in a dead body somewhere though.
I agree completely, I hate it when games do that whole "waking up with someone" trope. For a role-playing game to shove something like that down your throat feels wrong to me because it instantly kills my immersion. But at the same time if you were role-playing that kind of character then it would fit perfectly.
I think sexual interaction should be as much as players want it to be, to allow for a bit more individuality in playstyle and interests. No random hookups unless you pay for it and convince someone in dialogue. True romantic relationships should have buildup and a clear line when you cross over to the next level with whoever it is (regardless of gender). Basically, no unwanted sex scenes involving the PC, and a mature way to have them if you want them just like in the witcher games.
As for my vote:
Togglable 1st/3rd person camera, no minigame but maybe dialogue navigation, full XXX with fade to black as an option.
This is a customisable game, in a world about customization, and they constantly say it's an RPG and you can roleplay who you want to be... So why not let people choose what they want?
1st/3rd person animations would be the same just move the camera rig, fade to black is possibly the easiest thing to have as an option, and for how raw and visceral of a setting this is I would not be surprised if they had full interactive porn at this point.
I don't want Cyberpunk to be a game about sex, but it fits the universe so I say go for it.
It's 2018 digital games make up the majority of game sells. If you refuse to buy digital you're either too old to come to terms with it or your mother bought it for you.
Or, as an old school gamer, I just like having a hard copy in my possession.

Not sure if that was really just a random character, with the detailed cutscene and "3 days later" narration it looked to me like the beginning of a main quest, so that guy could have been important to the story later, just not shown more to avoid spoilers. Then again, that part of the cutscene likely still changes based on story/character/lifepath/other choices, it just seems odd for a random one night stand to appear as part of what looks like a cutscene in the main narrative. Edit: but the purpose of the cutscene could be just to show what everyday life is like for V in Night City.
In some locations, retail is often cheaper than digital, even if all you get in the box is a (digital) download code. And I guess some people just like collecting boxes.

Just a detail, but can our character sleeps naked? Cause seeing the character waking up clothed in the video bugged me a little.

Not known yet, The Witcher 3 did have to be changed, but maybe this time (with the developers having more experience) all scenes will already pass for the "M" rating.
