Player Profile Numbers

Hey everyone, I understand what all the numbers in the player profile mean. However, I am not quiet sure what the number in the upper middle (the one with the leaderboard icon) means.

Anyone knows?

That number is your position at the leaderboard. It is the same as if you looked at the leaderboard itself.

That's what I thought, but the numbers are different. Maybe one is more frequently updated than the other.

Well that cant be right, the number on the profile and the leader board are off by like a thousand

It is only the regional leaderboard, not the global one.

Same for me, when i look at EU leaderboard i get 642, same as in my profile.
