EULA & GWENT Masters Rules Set Agreement PS4

Hi,

I should be playing in PRO LADDER this season but I have been demoted to Rank 1 because the EULA & Gwent Masters Rules set agreement did not appeared as pop-up.
In addition, the agreement is not appearing in Game Settings menu (please, find attached picture below)
So I could not accept terms in any way. I already have submitted a ticket but now I have to wait and at this moment I will not be able to play PRO ladder...
Any PRO ladder player on consoles had the same issue?

Please CDPR, take into account that maybe a bunch of console players will be starting PRO ladder after PC users. It would be nice if you do not demote PRO ladder players in this situation at the end of the season.

Yup, same here. Been eligible to play pro ladder since January 2018, but now experiencing same issues as delral01. Hope this will be fixed soon. Psn user mikav4h

I submitted a ticket before posting in this forum, but I wanted to know if I was the only case or not.
The problem seems to be all PRO ladder players on consoles will have to wait until CDPR solve it.
