Can't look left or right while seated

I am unable to look left or right when seated. Only up and down. Both with controller or mouse and keyboard.
Ca't look at Vicktor Vendor from the chair to scan him for example.

i have the same issue, do you run multiple monitors? im worried its an nvidia surround issue

figured it out, for me i was using nvidia surround, setting back to a single monitor fixed the issue
