I'm stuck in combat on 10fps - 1050p, low graphics, low textures

Does this look like it was built for 1050p??

Have set PoolCPU to 11GB and PoolGPU to 6GB
Turning the mouse down to 400dpi seems to have given me a decent edpi
Xbox Controller remains frustrating

Surface book 2, i7-8650U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.11 GHz, GTX1060, 16GB RAM, native monitor 3240x2160
External monitor: ROG Strix XG49VQ 49-inch - 3840x2160

It's not a gaming rig, but I expect higher performance than this. CD Red has made a beautiful beautiful thing.. however I am finding it unplayable. And no one responded to my ticket.

Getting a horrible issue with my set up i7 9700k and 2080, big stutter and frames drop to 20ish when aiming in or moving fast. Turning all the settings to low/off doesn't make a difference. Tried just about nearly every fix on the internet right now!

same issue here, I have a 2070 Super and an I7-7700K and am getting roughly the same amount of frames. Have tried all the fixes including the new one just posted trying to change the csv files. When I move my mouse quickly and am driving the frames go from 40 to 50, to roughly 10-20 fps. Just am waiting for a patch because this has to be an issue on CD Projekt Red's part. Loving the game but it is unplayable.

I found setting vsync to off and max frames to on and setting the value of 15 FPS above what your monitor is capable of - made things much better.

I also set Cyberpunk.exe to high priority under Task Manager.

Seems quite a bit smoother.

Not one crash so far (10 hours in) - pretty much exclusively following the story and I have to say the writing, story and missions are great. The Heist mission - superb - managed to do the whole mission without killing anyone. Felt a bit like Looking Glass' Thief. Much prefer the stealth route - combat in this game is disappointing - feels like Mass Effect lite type gameplay.

On a side note Jackie Welles - love this character.

i am experiencing the same. My thoughts are, that some buffer is running low on memory or some cache isnt capable to keep up

Has there been any progress made on performance besides the AMD fix? I don't have issues till I get into town which is densely populated. I mean a 3080 and 3600X should get better than 45FPS in town? Biggest problem I see is that GPU utilization is only at like 40%ish when in town. Outside of town or in building GPU usage can hit 95% though. What gives?

Your CPU is throttling, because of how high its temp is, since its throttling, it cant keep up with the GPU.

i had an issue like this, turns out it was my ram, when i updated my UEFI it set the speed of it at half of what it should be.

Seems like there is nothing to do except waiting for a patch.
- The code is crap
- the drivers are crap
- there is a thing in windows that interact badly with the game
Could be one of these things, try to install a fresh w10 copy on a partition just to try, it could work, it could not work.
I checked everything, I didnt found nothing, I don't feel like reinstalling windows.
(and obviously all the other games are working perfect, native dx12 games too.)
At least we know they are working on it, I hope they know this issue and I hope it won't take 6 months to fix everyting (I remember batman..... it took months and months to run well...)
What's very curious its the game seem to run fine on people with the same hardware.

The game behaves like an escort with inflated self-esteem: I will give to one, and I will not give to another. Regardless of computer performance

I created a thread but from what I see on the forums I use a lot of PC users with RTX 3080/3090 like me have a big performance drop with RT ON after 10-15 min of play time.

On my case I go from 30-45 FPS in 4K Ultra RTU DLSS Q to 20-30 FPS after 10-15 min. When I save and restart the game my FPS come back.... Very annoying. Game is playable at 30-45 FPS not at 20-30 FPS

It does not happen when I play 4K Ultra Native resolution. And in fact the games looks better IMO in 4K Ultra native than 4K Ultra RTU DLSS Q because of the loss of fidelity associated with DLSS. Personal taste.

Best would be 4K Ultra RTU native. But the game runs 15-22 FPS in those settings with my RTX 3080... for 10-15min then 8-10 FPS.

medium settings (few low) 1080p
avg 50-70 FPS
crowd/driving 40-50 FPS

playable but still disappointing.

sorry to only reply now, i get 60 to 70 fps, some heavy parts it does drop to the 50-60 range, not sure if the graphic card version matters much but mine is a Sapphire, but i bet the diference is the CPU, mine is a ryzen 5 3600 and also ram is 3600Mhz.

My card is also Sapphire.
Actually since than I could improve it a little. Now I'm playing on high with the same or better FPS. The game was not using all the threads of my CPU. There is a problem with rzyen cpu-s and cyberpunk. There are videos on youtube about the topic.

I'm running a amd 3600x cpu and 5700xt gpu

Set to 1080p with high-medium settings
The game will not run any higher than 58fps, even in menus. In the city it is 40fps

The strange thing is, the fps does not change even when I change the settings.
If I turn all settings to low or off and resolution to 720p I only gain five fps.

I have tried all the fixes going around online and none have helped.

Interestingly if I turn vsync off with no frame limit, then reload the game, my fps counter shows 200+ for half a second then suddenly drops to 58 or below.

Notice that when loading into my saved files its best to be out in the remote areas to maintain above average FPS, trying to load into the game straight into say Corpo Plaza will immediately tank FPS and remain tanked. Also notice that FPS starts to tank after an extended play session (5+ hours) which requires a game restart or a whole pc reboot to resolve.

You sure?
DDR stands for double data rate. If you got a DDR4 module with 3600mt/s (mega transfer per second), it has a clock speed of 1800MHz.

I tried those. Didnt improved much for me. Should I put all my GPU Ram in the pool ?
