Why is the KI so bad?

First of all. I like this game!

But why on earth is the KI so bad?

For example. I drive to a mission. And I park my car somewhere on side. But the dumb KI can't get past it even it's hella close to the street. Why is the KI so dumb? Even GTA 4 from 2008 and was better than this. Then....why is the police instant spawing?

And for gods sake fix the minimap!!! I always miss my turn, because the minimap is too zoomed in!

eh, it absolutely has no real impact on gameplay, and the combat ai actually is quite good.
sure, a bit glitchy at times and could use some tweaking, but overall where it affects the gameplay, it does its job.

The combat AI is incredibly basic. It's serviceable, but imo it's far from "quite good".
