Thank you for the patch CDPR. Please don't take this the wrong way I know you'll be working hard to optimize the game and minimize and solve all/most bugs. But please consider on re-working on your NPCs AI, Police AI and a better wanted system, variety of side quests (not just go somewhere and gun everything that moves), more types of environmental takedowns for netrunners, better Driving mechanics (motorcycles), Driving AI NPCs, add barbershops and visual styles of cyberware mods, please add cutscenes for ripperdocs like when we first go with Viktor to slot new mods (sitting in a chair and looking how the doc changes our body), solve the bugs when you chokehold an enemy (their clothes and skin texture starts clipping in and out), add actual mini games or activities in NC (dance in clubs, BD stimulations, gambling, testing weapons for certain vendors or combat AR from militech so that we further level up our skills), add car workshops to mod or at least re-paint cars, re-work the clothing system from armor stats (let us decide the clothes we want to use instead of dressing as clowns all the time), let us ignore phone calls or an airplane mode where we dont receive them, re-work the breaching mechanic on missions (make it like the one seen on the deep dive video with a more reward-compromise dynamism), let us use all weapons as they were intended to and dont lock their special firing modes behind a type of cyberware (ricochet bullets, homing bullets and piercing bullets in a same loadout), let us counter when a netrunner starts hacking us, have a more descriptive tutorial on how to breach and quickhack (at least a video and description for every ability obtained and every type of gun), there are a lot of V's animations that look just wrong (getting in and out of cars/bikes, climbing up stairs, looking at our shadow while walking crouched), we need animations for drinking and eating foods (at least on bars and restaurants), races are really simple there is no challenge at all and other cars slow down or speed up or even teleport behind you if you are in 1st place and the car doesnt take damage not matter how much they shoot at you or you shoot at them, we need more variation of random encounters not just shootouts (ncpd, trauma team, netwatch, gang members, police patrols, car chases).
World looks...good but we really need for you to pour life into it.
Please just have a nice Holiday, charge up bateries, psych up, and muscle up for one big challenge that this game represents. I have no intention of asking for a refund because I still believe in you and the talent of your developers.

  • Offscreen explosions make noise now.
PC-specific
  • [AMD SMT] Optimized default core/thread utilization for 4-core and 6-core AMD Ryzen(tm) processors. 8-core, 12-core and 16-core processors remain unchanged and behaving as intended. This change was implemented in cooperation with AMD and based on tests on both sides indicating that performance improvement occurs only on CPUs with 6 cores and less.
  • Fixed an issue with the way Raw Input is collected.
  • Removed the use of AVX instruction set thus fixing crashes occurring at the end of the Prologue on processors not supporting AVX.
  • Removed debug console to prevent functions that could lead to crashes or blocked quests. This doesn't mean we don't want to support the modding community. Stay tuned for more info on that.
  • Ray traced reflections should no longer seem too bright in comparison to the environment.
  • Fixed an issue with Steam Overlay crash on game shutdown.
  • Removed the memory_pool_budgets.csv file. which was not connected with the final version of the game and had no influence on it (it was a leftover file used during the development to estimate memory usage. It had no effect on how much memory was actually allocated). Perceived performance increase after editing the file may have been related to restarting the game.
Console-specific
  • Improved image sharpness with Chromatic Aberration and Film Grain on.
  • Settings should no longer reset to default after several game session restarts.
  • Fixed visual issues occurring during the transition between The Heist and Love Like Fire.

Has anything been done regarding the other glitch in "Play it Safe" (that is, jacking into the computer after the boss fight causes an inescapable cut to black)?
 
Keep up the good work, just want to say my friends and I are enjoying the game on ps4 and PC despite the bugs.

Only truly game breaking bug I've come across that I want to see fixed is the destroyed fps and invincible enemies that occur when using any legendary quick hack.

Thank you! Just want to highlight the following bug as well in case it's not on the list yet:

The Lt Mowers Cyberpsycho Gig is bugged our for me (and others). The body glitched into the stairs when I took the Cyberpsycho out, result being I can't loot the body to complete the gig. If the body could respawn in an appropriate location or if the gig can be reset, that would be great.

It's the only gig uncompleted in Watson, thus preventing me from getting the achievement and complete the Cyberpsycho side quest.

Great to get another patch so quickly, but there's one very annoying bug which should be put on priority list : losing everything we put in our stash permanently as if it was a wormhole.
Also, you guys really need to fix the cars and bikes driving, it's so awful to have supposedly future vehicles which can't turn at all, and even worse, bikes which doesn't lean towards ground when you're doing a big turn, as physics and balance require.
 
In the future can we continue the game if we remove mister silverhand instead of having to revert to our last save? or is that something thats always going to be a thing?
Probably... the endings are just to varied to properly be reflected in an actual post-game DLC.

PC pleaseeeee!! I love the game and jus want it fixed so i can exp tis as I know deep down yall wanted us to have, its there the love,devotion,and talent to bring night city alive! I got faith in ya CDPR!!

Besides aiming the gun.
Picking up items
Aiming during a quick hack
etc.
I'm so stressed out.
I've been told that adjusting the settings will make it better.
It's not as good as Destiny, brderlands, and other FPS games.
If an FPS game makes aiming a pain, it doesn't deserve to be called an FPS.
