I guess that the sexual content in the game isn't as present as it could be because otherwise, it would be classified as a p0rn game and wouldn't be sold on mainstream platforms, or in a severely cut version.
I already know i will be dissapointed by Dicky Twisters!
I've been in the BDSM scene in real life, anything sexual is a disappointment in video games for the most part..

I just wanted a good ol' jolly gay experience for my V. T.TI've been in the BDSM scene in real life, anything sexual is a disappointment in video games for the most part..

I don't know anything about the BDSM scene, and I think it would be awesome to explore it in a game like Cyberpunk. Fuck CDPR, hire some BDSM subject matter experts and lets see a DLC.
Wrong, or there wouldn't be a porn industry. It's a skewed sense of morality shaped by centuries of religious and cultural evolution and de-evolution... which is a useless observation, since it is as it is right now, and a single video game in the sea of entertainment media won't change that. The logic is simple, money. My nation loves death and murder, gore and violence in prime time TV and kids shows. However, anything that has just enough suggestive content will get removed even if just a commercial. My nation offers the MOST sales.
It is capitalism, simple.
In a game with genital customization and where sex was pushed heavily in the marketing, and where sex is a HUGE part of the environment (sex shops, red light districts, strip clubs, prostitutes, EVERYWHERE) there is almost no sexual content in the game.
Despite the huge amount of sexual themes and settings, the sexual content that you as your avatar can actually engage with is completely bare bones.
It's also pretty bizarre that there are 1000 strip clubs and you can't actually, you know, see any strippers.
Did they wuss out on this aspect or did they just run out of time and couldn't beef it up more?

Yea, no, not really... they are telling aus about it... that's what PSA's do too. This is not 8mm, it's a videogame with edgy marketing pretending to be "mature".After playing a the game and witnessing the fates of some characters as well as having to break up more than one smut braindance operation... I would think V (and the player) would be pretty disillusioned with the consumer side economics of sex in Night City.
Not gonna lie I'm a little disappointed in how the game is showcasing a dystopian society ripe with themes of corporations pacifying the masses with sex... and then coming here to see people are complaining you can't partake. I thought the game was pretty in your face about that side of this future being a bad thing you shouldn't actually want.

I know, and I'm actually looking forward to Subverse, if anything, I hope it can show certain people that - especially when handled in the right way (say as a satire) - stuff like that can work in "higher profile" games too. We knew that once, mind you, we've been on a good way, even, think back to the Larry games,... we just lost the plot at some point... through the rise of the global market, questionable social science, etc.I'm telling you, though if you want an RPG with adult only content, Subverse on steam is still coming. If you want horror at an adult only level, Lust From Beyond is coming in a few months as well, and if you want adult only action, Succubus is also coming to Steam. They can NEVER come to consoles, though, and therefore, can never have big open world games.

I know, I followed Agonie's development back in the day... pity the game itself had other issues.Yeah, but, do you know what the Agony devs had to go through to uncensor their game after they launched? They were bound by Sony's contract that they could not even TELL the fans they would be able to release an uncut version once CONSOLE sales subsided..
Meaning, that might be an issue here in particular..
I just was arcing back to it... jeez! Are we still on CP2077 topic here or just random thoughts on other games? This kind of discussion is welcome, either in PMs or in Community section.
