I couldn't care less for more romancing, joytoys and genitals customization. There are other... genres... for that kinda thing. I also do not care about driving. Caliburn and that sports limo for 200k drive okay. It's a good incentive to get better. Also, walk button, PEOPLE PLEASE! Holding the aim button makes you walk. Such requests are turning attention away from what's really important.
Also, darts, hunting, etc. don't care. Though I wouldn't say no to in-game hold'em with the gangs and corpo bigwigs - since there is no Gwent in CP... Barbershop, tatoos, couldn't care less. I never waste time for such cosmetics anyway, and it's a fpp game so I couldn't care less bout the color of the beard. You face don't even show in the dialogues. I don't really care abut the police. It's not GTA, you're a merc not a criminal. Though it has to be said that these elements are pathetically poor for a game advertised as open world.
What is missing from the game IMO is:
1. More variety of enemies. This is number one. 99% of the enemies is your regular one-shottable "guy with a gun." Also, upscaled enemies. Minibosses. More big bosses, too. Special wincon enemies like in Doom (with removable body parts which does affect their performance). But most importantly more health. All the gadgets have no use if you one-shoot everything.
2. More variety of grindable encounters. All there is to grinding loot right now: "kill them all and sometimes press a button, sometimes optionally don't let the alarm go off." Gigs are not much better: "sometimes drive off in a car or leave the area with an escort (meaningless when everyone is dead anyway.)" There should be random generated minibosses a'la badass enemies from Borderlands. There should be no-kill missions. There should be traps and ambushes. Strictly hacking encounters. Cyberspace encounters. Targetted hits on a person without killing anyone else. Regular encounters with additional conditions for extra rewards (like a timer or something, or ghost reward (total stealth without leaving a trace likea body). Car chases and shootouts outside the scripted main mission ones. Lotsa more.
3. Fixed mechanics. That is non-lethality. Broken perks. Broken mods. Miscalculated bonuses resulting in out-of-whack dmg. Dmg types having their functions. Quickhack godmode. Stupidly banal stealth. Many more.
4. AI. I don't care about NPC poses or driver AI so much, imo these are just cosmetics (though it's really kinda pathetic that this was done way better in Los Santos decades ago). But enemy AI is horrendous. They don't even flank like they should.
5. Hacking. Outside the main plot interactive cutscenes, there is no playable cyberspace? In a CYBERPUNK game? This is... shameful.
