I know... it's like No Man's Sky, but 1000% worse.
I wouldn't say its worse. Its different first and foremost. But it's bad too, can't argue with that.

Finally why do all the shops have the same randomised selection of items, whats the point of having one shop per district if the clothing they sell is not district specific. They need to make shops select items to sell dependant on where the shop is. Going to the super expensive rich-corpo suit shop and having him sell you short-shorts and cowboy hats is incredibly immersion breaking
So much this. Like hell, they introduced all these styles for different districts and socioeconomic levels, and then they just randomize everything across all vendors. What did they say again? "Every district has it's own feeling, it's own culture". Something along those lines. They suggested Neo-Kitch was a rich people thing. Entropism was for people below the poverty line. Why not have vendors in rich/poor districts have exactly those clothes then? Would make sense.
And yea, visually, on the surface, in the design of the city you can see that they are all unique in a way. But everything that goes beyond just how things look is pretty much the same if you ask me, with a few exceptions.
