In the second playtrough i am trying to recover all iconic weapons, so when i reached the place where to get the spec for comrade hammere the boss didnt drop it, it has ben removed as crafting receipe?

It's still there. I just picked up the recipe roughly 7mins ago

Try loading a prev save and look again?
