As long as you have not maxed out your skills (atlethic, prowler ect.) you can get additinal perks if the skill unlockes additional perkpoints.
Thanks! I am building up my character as much as possible within the confinements of my RP as an old school mercenary that will not use cyberware as much as the game will allow. So I am trying to get as many "natural" perks as possible and upgrade my equipment as much as I can before doing the "secret" one man army ending.
you can get extra perk by farm skill perk :0 by kill something with specific weapon . even maxtac :0

I just helped myself using the save game editor.
I set my level to 49 when I reach lvl 50, so I can then level up again and gain 1 attribute and 1 perk point.
I´d be around lvl 80-90 by now probably.
