Yes. Had an effing blast and loved it.

Hated the shortcomings and some design choices but it never put me off completely.

I clocked around 150 hours between two playthroughs (Male Corpo then Female Streetkid) but I put it down as of 2-3 weeks ago to let it bake and see what's up in a year.

Can't wait!

Every bug in Cyberpunk 2077 is a joke compared to TES: Oblivion. The latter literally destroyed my hard drive. Skipped Skyrim because of that.

Definitely enjoying CP so far.

I've spent about 250 hours with Cyberpunk 2077 and it was indeed quite a fun ride.

The whole experience was all over the place for me.

On my first playthrough right after launch I've barely experienced any bugs (T-poses and bad AI driving) and it was a very fun ride, my canonic playthrough.

The second one though... well. Everything conceivable, physics bugs, quests breaking, audio issues, AI cutting out, half naked character T-posing behind the wheel, but no NPC T-posing at all...

I'm now on my third playthrough and besides the documented bugs, and I believe one that I haven't seen mentioned before (if you decide to sneak out at the end of Maelstrom arc and bypass Royce all together Jackie gets stuck inside and you can't finish the quest) it's been smooth sailing for about 20 hours.

Other than that I've been loving the characters, story arcs, interactions, driving around the city (with the controller taking it slow and soaking up the atmosphere) and I have been discovering some of the intertwining side quests and main quests some of which I had no idea of (Jotaro side quest and Clouds for example).

I think some of the branching stuff happening in the story might be too subtle for it's own good (multiple ways to get to Woodman which impacts Judy, multiple ways to get to Fingers and deal with the situation, multiple ways to deal with dialogue - some of which literally get you killed in the middle of the interaction etc.).

Either way I'm down for more.

Cheers CDPR for all the hard work and passion that's been the driving force behind this game, it might not be perfect but it definitely hits the spot in so many ways that recent AAA releases have failed to do so. Heck the majority of the mainstream media in any form has failed to do so.

Good night chooms.

Ultimately I have way too much experience with games, have played games for far too long to be impressed or even remotely satisfied by a AAA game that pales in comparison to games made two decades before it in key elements.

This is my case aswell.

The game, simply put, wasn’t very interesting overall, and definitely nothing new or groundbreaking.

Yes and no

I did have some fun some of the time, but was bored most of the time, so it was a very uneven experience. Skipping over the side jobs would probably result in a more consistently enjoyable experience, but also one that would feel woefully incomplete. Plus, the fun that I did have never reached the heights of previous CDPR titles, so it wasn't without its problems either.

I wish there was an "ehhhhh" option on the poll, but I guess I'll just have to abstain. Bad kofe, not accounting for us indecisive schmucks.

Feels good.

I'm still playing - but I've eased off now I'm back at work and other stuff.

Even now though when I play it after several complete playthroughs I'm enjoying it. That kind of investment and enjoyment I get from games is rare. The kind of game that only comes every few years.

I'm even more excited that it is only going to get better from here as well.

After 160 hours on my first Streetkid Character and planning to start a second run when 1.1 drops, yes i think i liked the game very much. Bugs aside, the setting, characters and story are king. I even bought a Samsung SSD drive to run this better on my PS4 Pro :D. Oh and i really dig the Photomode <3

I got bored so I made a stupid poll.

Now before you vote, if you decide to vote at all (which is an option), consider this guideline:

- You played the game for how ever many hours. How did THE GAME feel? Forget the common debacles about ”false advertising”, ”cut content”, ”windshields not breaking like in GTA”, ”not enough blow-/rimjobs from Judy or Panam”, forget all the sidelines and simply answer: While you played the game, did you like the experience? Yes or no. No mixed option, give it a bit of thought and you can measure your overall enjoyment, or the lack thereof.

”No” doesn’t need to mean frothing hatred, and ”yes” doesn’t need to mean unconditional wet love. You might have had fun during your playthrough(s), but still have a sour taste in your mouth after the credits roll; and vice versa.

Also, nobody says ”don’t elaborate your vote”.
Cant really tel. It unplayable for me. Waiting for January patch for performance improvement. Once i have 20-30 fps on 1080p low with 80% cas will play. :p

Yes, but..... Dun dun dun. I enjoyed parts of it. Others not so much.

Driving around, in spite of it's flaws. The handling took a bit to get used to and not every vehicle is my cup of tea. Gunning it like a crazy person and bobbing/weaving through mentally handicapped traffic while jamming to some of the outstanding music was entertaining. Yeppers, those well executed hand-brake u-turns because the mini-map was built for people driving like a geriatric. Hijacking or commandeering a big boy vehicle and hitching a ride with other vehicles because.... physics.

Exploring bumfuck nowhere because it's there was a real adventure. Finding more legendary shinies because you left no stone unturned. Just appreciating the environment in some cases. Admiring the massive stockpiles of levitating garbage in the desert. Hitting up the left-over oil fields/abandoned areas felt like a scene from Metro Exodus. Riding on top of the train circling the city was pretty fun.

Even though the combat felt like pure action it was fun at times. Going Jason Bourne, "We send you in to be a ghost.", mode. Opting for a change of pace and going full on John Wick mode and inadvertantly trigging a dead pissing guy because, welp, he didn't have time to shake it off. It's not Arr Pee Gee first and foremost but it was fun at times.

Some of the graphical/physics/collision glitches are like a comedy special. No flying cars? Let's call a vehicle when standing in the right spot. Slipped on trash bags the wrong way? Look ma, I'm flying. All the way over to another building roof a good 50m+ away. The aforementioned scenario we can only refer to as, "The Urination Debacle.". Talking to Lizzy and Takemura simultaneously as if they're in some kind of superposition on the phone. The list goes on...

Much of the quest content, while not as awe inspiring as I had hoped, was fun to play through. In spite of criticism directed at Keanu and Johnny I had some memorable and enjoyable experiences with the interactions there. Poking fun at Takemura was a real treat. Judy, Panam, River, the Peralez's (hey Mr. Blue Eyes, I see you watching from afar), etc. Overall, solid side content in those cases. I didn't find the premise of the main narrative particular interesting but at times it was well executed.

Then I get to the police behavior, general NPC behavior, most of the gameplay mechanics, the sheer amount of trash loot, the gearing system, issues with crafting.... I'll stop there. All this stuff has already been said and the horse needs a break. Despite all of this, yes, I did enjoy the game. It's not what I was hoping for but not every game will be a masterpiece.

No.

Initially I was blown away how beautiful everything looks, but after the honeymoon phase ended I was shocked how little the game has to offer.

Nothing is new. No real choices or impact.

Everything feels empty, rushed and unfinished.

And in top of the okay story, there was so much regression regarding open world rpg games.

I don't know if it's just childhood nostalgia but I remember Vice City from 2002 on my PS2 at that point felt more lively. (CP2077 was played on PC)

Even Pokemon Red from 1998 had meaningful casino interactions where you could win exclusive prizes.

CP77 could have made some cool car exclusively to win via a casino or something.

I don't know...it feels just so empty hollow and scripted.

Sounds like a ”no”. :p
Which of course still doesn’t disqualify the bits you weren’t bored in.

Bad to the bone.

Yep, had a great time,

**** SPOILERS ****
My first play-through was a street-kid net-runner, A cool hacker who rejected the corporate ending up siding with johnny and ultimately giving up her body so that johnny could continue his crusade. Damn that was a hard ending but a fitting end to her story. I loved the credits with the different people you met saying some final words however heart wrenching they may have been. Next play-through was a Nomad, katana wielder. Damn I loved that play-style.. running in and chopping everyone to bits and wow.. that pan am ending was so fitting. This play-through I'm a corporate hitman, stealth/tech/pistol build and having a lot of fun with this as well. (literally only just found out Johnny's pistol can shoot through cover)

my next playthrough.. I'm going play harley quinn, a nice big baseball bat and boxing, maybe a little hacking not sure what hacks yet. Then there's a solo play-through and a sniper play-through. 394h at the moment,.. I have 6k hours+ on total war warhammer and I have not touched that since cyberpunk came out. I have Kotor waiting for me to play as well but cyberpunk is what I am playing right now and he rest of the world can just burn

I don't think I'd go for a "No". I think Cyberpunk is better than most AAA RPGs out there (I actually finished it, after all), it's just that it's not a particularly high bar. I'd say it's probably the best game I've played since KCD, but I'd consider that game to be a notch below The Witcher. Even so, I'd say I enjoyed that game very much. I think Cyberpunk is somewhere on that level for me, but because it was made by CDPR (and KCD was actually a Kickstarter project, as opposed to a multi-million AAA game) my expectations were higher, which in turn subjectively makes me enjoy it less than I probably would have otherwise.

Kinda like if I go to McD's and was unexpectedly served a decent steak instead of a cheap burger - I'd be happy. However, if I went to an expensive steakhouse and was served that same steak, it'd still be a decent steak but I would have expected something better and wouldn't be satisfied, you know?

I’m a bad boy.
Bad to the bone.
Mhm... you've played The Witcher, you know all about neutrality. Oh, the torture.

In all seriousness, I do wonder how this poll might look like with a neutral option thrown in. I think that, generally, you have to feel pretty strongly about disliking the game to go for an outright "No", so my assumption would be that some of the "Yes" votes would probably have gone there.

No cause aside from graphics and an amazing soundtrack wtf is there to show for?

Aside from missions what can you do? Nothing. Literally 0.
I could play old KOTOR and still play pazaak to waste my time.
Hell even the first Saint's Row let you rob shops for crying out loud.....

True. Some of the no’s would’ve probably gone there too.

I did consider it when I made the poll, but I figured that it was sort of too easy to go there, and that not having it might make the voter think about his experience a bit more deeply.

Kinda like for myself. I did play through it and didn’t hate it, but, looking back, how much fun was I really having; did I play it through because of the fun factor or just to see if it turns fun eventually? Turns out some, but not much (and the reasonings came later with more evaluation); and I can draw a conclusion from that. In a way I was much like how you put it: ”bored most of the time.”

I'm saying that more of the "Yes" votes probably would have been neutral, if not forced between 2 options, because "Yes, but..." naturally feels more neutral than "No, but...", but this is all conjecture, of course.

In this case it feels that way because it is extremely scripted and what they've created is a low level static set piece, an obvious Truman Show experience. Perhaps if this was the first video game I'd ever played I'd be impressed.
