I find Judy more attractive than Panam as male V

It just sucks male V cannot romance Judy.. I don't know who made this decision at CDPR but... Kind of disappointed. At least give us more options !

Overall I just find Judy personality, is more likeable and attractive . Kind of hard to describe but I find Panam voice kind of annoying LOL... And in terms of look, I know this is based on opinion however, I personally find Judy the more appealing one.

Following Panam inside Basilisk impressed me. What an awesome date. I find her more attractive than Judy, though I tried to romance Judy as a male V. The realistic visuals and real actress voices make these dates come to life. I neglected many quests to stay on Panam's storyline.

I'm not rushing devs. They will take time to fix bugs. I am definitely looking forward to more dates. I know devs will offer us more romance opportunities.

Yes, I would like more romance gameplay options as well ! It is a big part of RPG games... Just look at Final Fantasy ! haha

Dont know what you talking about, it was the love from first sight :D

Goes without saying... Spoiler Alert!

I personally find the Panam romance(male v) and general communication lacking compared to Judy's (female v.) Judy bothers to stay in touch, msgs V and generally the relationship feels more real. Panam's got great mission with V at the end if proper options are chosen and the ending gives hope in a really shitty situation. The nomad ending seems to suit male V romancing panam a lot better compared to a female v romancing judy but choosing the nomad ending option.

Romancing Judy will make her move with you when you choose the Nomad-ending. So, this option is twice as good, Panam as a very good friend (and leader of the Nomads) and Judy as your girlfriend.

Than install the mod or push to allow V to switch genders in game. Than you can screw Panam/Judy by their wants. There are characters that I want as romances. I don't even have an option. I'm not complaining. I want actual game mechanics to go with the romances. And not just be sex buddies.

>memes and "representation"

game files show she had a male romance path. There are animations and dialogue cludging with the cyberengine tweaks mod and other mods are able to access.

>inb4 NO JUDY ISN'T (mass effect) BI
explain why the male V still goes on the soul searchy notdate, stills spends the night and wakes up to a pile of clothes on the floor, talks to judy with a railroaded cludged "I'm leaving" version of the femaleV romance questline, and then... says she's in Oregon but is smack dab in her apartment... after giving you her apartment... where you can ask "wait are you asking me to move in with you" where she has the same flustered dialogue response, where being bugged in her apartment she will talk about being in oregon along with... the same dialogue as if you were female V and got access to her apartment. CDPR hasn't addressed these "non game breaking bugs" of one of their flagship questlines yet.

Having played both genders and doing the romance/platonic guy buddy version of her quests, she isn't a lesbian. Same dialogue, same texts, same flirting. Only difference is in the diving quest she says "don't go there dude" before baring her soul to you because... uh....
Game has no repeatable sex scenes so it is meaningless anyway. There is no endgame difference as Judy is unequivocally worstgirl. Panam actually affects the lategame and has her own ending. Judy gets some whores killed with her juvenile worldview and thats all she wrote for her arc, awkward post ugly crying sex scene or no sex scene.

The controversy with Judy... I don't know what to say... At first I thought she was a bit stupid, the one I really liked was Evelyn. After what happens... I liked Judy more and more; I think it had to do a lot with the dubbing voice... she was very very mellow (how nice that calabacita sounded...) Judy is more feminine (and more childish) while Panam is more masculine (and more mature). This is contradictory: Panam is more suited to be the lesbian than Judy.

Maybe this is what doesn't add up and has created the controversy with the thing that you can't have an affair with Judy if you're not a girl. Personally, I don't care.

What bothers me a bit is that in CP the flirts are immediately overwhelming you with the "what does this mean to you?" Damn it, it's just a fuck! I miss The witcher when you could screw all that moved and nothing happened. In CP the only chance is paid sex.
....edit... (you have Meredith also)

After first playing as male v and learning that half of the clothing/schematics you find/buy is useless to male v, I decided to do a new playthrough as female v, but I still refuse to romance Judy, and since I can't romance Panam as a female I'm just going to betray her and get the car from Saul, I'm also not going to romance River, the female v I created will serve as my platonic hard to get romance.

Means if you someday seek to play a certain certain female v only romance, you have to play as female v again. But who knows perhaps you get a special ending for lonely hearts, something like V in the end, no reason to live for all alone.. bullet in the head.

Neither are organic lesbians.

Judy's "childishness" if anything is inconsistent with her degenerate pornographer worldliness. Shorthand, she's a bitch. And on the male play through treats you like an emotional tampon due to the lack of payoff for the generic open ended "maybe might woops she's lesbian GG no RE" handling of her character.

Panam being willfull doesn't make her unfeminine. And that relates to your next point

Because Panam is a delicate pure waifu and Judy is unstable. You have to try as male V to get Panam to open up and accept the fact the attraction is mutual. There are cues that there is abuse and abandonment in her background and she won't be hurt again. And she doesn't abandon you and her willfullness makes the panam ending one of the most played in game. Strength of her character undermines all other plots in the game for the star ending. Isn't even a question if you romance panam where the game takes you.

Judy is... bipolar. And an objectively shitty person. But power of (lady)boners amirite. She's unstable and needy and self destructive. The entire playthrough even if you can bone her at the end she's an emotional vampire. Worse for it that she's integral for the BD macguffin barely used in game that forces interaction. Vs life on all playthroughs would be improved with never meeting her.
>But she has a sexier character model as a tight bodied tatted problem haired alt girl

Now panam is muh waifu, but her voiceactor doesn't match (and look up her voiceactors complexion.) She's effectively a scientifically designed white savior trope as implemented. That shouldn't sit well with you, or I, or anyone. Earlier treatment you could bet your life she looked like her voice actress. Beyond racial androgyny, Panam is severe, but it works. She has strong features (and assettes) but is generally a willful late 20 year old girl who needs a steady hand. Her devotion after you invest time into her, after the antagonistic opener, makes her borderline concerningly devoted to you and your relationship. But it all follows for her character, all the way into the post credit scenes if you betray her. She blames silverhand and will get you back.

That is her character and her strength and why casual flings just don't work with these characters in game. More romances and we could do for some shallow ones, but those all got cut out. Panam being a better far more loyal waifu than yennifer though? No regrets.
