Anyways.... On PC, since this 1.11 patch, MANY people on the net all report the same thing. Starting a new playthrough, everyone seems to be stuck talking to Jackie at the food vendor before going to see Victor. He gives you the key card for your car and then just stares at you. You can't continue.
I have uninstalled, re installed, verified files, re loaded earlier save before talking to Jackie, tried different choices in conversation - still hangs.
Many posts on forums all over the net have this issue...... but none on here!?!? Hmmmm
