The Delamain missions are still missing after failing the one in Pacifica.
I can't complete the assault in progress near the Arasaka Estate. It won't allow me to loot the body.
I can't complete the reported crime in the junkyard under the freeway. I looted the body but it didn't complete it.

First one looks like a bug. I suggest reporting it via support site. Guess that right category for report would be gameplay. North Oak, near Arasaka estate, as you wrote. Unable to loot the body required to complete mission.

There are couple of mission that take place under freeway IIRC. Can you be more specific about location?
