So what will it be miss V, quiet life, or blaze of glory? rest in pieces fat Jesus of the Afterlife.

Cleared almost every side quest, police hustles, main jobs etc and this quest still hadn't unlocked. Had to go back to "Many ways to skin a cat" quest location to read a shard and unlock Kold Mirage. THEN NIX hit me up about the Spellbound quest. I think it's bugged.
