Expansion of Machine Gun/Skippy Quest

I was just thinking, could we have a small 'expansion' of the machine gun/skippy quest?

At the end of the 'quest line' skippy asks you to take him back to his real owner, Regina Jones. At this point you can either comply and earn £7k eddies for doing so, from Regina's reward. Or refuse and keep Skippy forever, with him protesting that you're a bad user.

So I was thinking it would be better perhaps, if this was extended a little. So introduce a choice where V can either comply and earn the reward or can go to a weapons dealer or specialist to have skippys AI reset to factory, therefore keeping skippy but without having them scream at you forever. Perhaps it would cost V £7k eddies for the specialist to do this for you, so it becomes a choice between do you give skippy up for the eddies or do you pay to keep skippy

Anyone else would prefer this?

Yes, effectivly.
Especially if you first play (without spoiler) and your skippy is stuck in puppy mode forever
(apart from looking pretty in the apartment, it is useless)

my biggest issue now is that u cant store him at the stash wall in his "good mood" anymore - pre patch you could dupe him one for the wall one to use but now the only way to stash him is this annoying "bad user" mode... q.q - i want a friendly skippy able to be displayed on the stash as well... : /

Why have a gun slot for the wall if to complete the quest associated with the gun is to return the gun to the owner? Things like this bugs me like forever..! Better tear down the wall display!

give us the building spec for skippy from Regina so we can finish our collection wall.. this is pretty shady considering their is no way to know to not finish the quest and your left with a empty collection slot for doing right by Regina ( by following the quest scripting )

a legendary "Daisy" would be nice - as quest reward f.e. bringing skippy back to Fey eh.. Regina getting a firmware update and legendary craftig spec would be pretty cool - and would make sense to return him at all tho : /

Daisy huh female voiced gun could be really fun ! they need to give us something to complete our set.. She could be a real Blast
