All Quiet On The Eastern Front - The Rant-Thread

Now I figured it all out! Katana dudess is the borg from that implant kingdom pimp's display showcase with clauns and shit.

At first I also thought of strings but they could not be because of their scattered directories what would be the thing he has strings attached to?

Lasers its kind of weapon OR kind of tool maybe both.

Can you figure out what it says un the wall is it 'Requiem for Implant"?

I wonder what the skull symbolizes. It's on hat, his cane and jacket buttons. Looks like a vault lies behind him in the smoking pic. And you can see the red lights of the city in the window.

I dont think thats a vault so much as his front door. Because cyberpunk. Wouldnt surprise me if that window was one way aswell.

I think the 'Puppeteer' angle is on the money. I'm also thinking Fixer over Corp. Pulling strings and obviously having sway over bozos, that's a Fixer.

Black Widow looks like a separate project to me. CDPR do have some other projects in the background though, so could be related.

'Orchid' gives me the impression its a cyberware range name rather than a brand or companies name. The table that the guys leaning on looks like it's a card table from a casino. That or a bar.

Love the fact he's smoking a cigar though.

Oh, and the skulls and top hat, I think they symbolise that HE'S AWESOME!

Here's something to get you talking, CP brethren.

I spotted the following site: http://www.pawel.brudniak.com/index.html

Guy seems to be working on something realted to The Witcher 3 (http://www.pawel.brudniak.com/gallery/3d26.jpg, http://www.pawel.brudniak.com/gallery/3d18.jpg)

But, perhaps more interesting to you, is that I also found the following images:

A new CP2077 (and Witcher) CGI trailer perhaps?

wow thats a cool find, looks great although its unclear if its related to CP2077....

My thoughts on it is that it's probably unofficial (I doubt he'd just post it on his portfolio page otherwise) but the artist is clearly working with CDPR so... who knows. Also, I can only assume the guy uses his laser fingers to light his cigar.

Actually I tend to be more confident. Look at his portfolio. Obviously he is the one who came up with the designs of some of the bosses from the upcoming Witcher 3 (Or at least is heavily involved in post producing them and god knows what else - how would he be allowed to upload these as works of him on his site if they weren't), so the 3D model images of Sir Purple Jacket might just very well be concept art for Cyberpunk 2077, that we will somehow see in the game.

Don't destroy my hopes, man.

relaxe nobody (i guess) wants to destroy your hopes...we are all in the same boat

Or it's just one of the concept art pieces he made for CP2077 but didn't make it into the game, so he put it on his profile. Nevertheless, it gives an idea of how they might imagine Cyberpunk characters and it's always nice to see high quality artwork from CDPR's artists.

Unless, you know, it's for Saint's Row :p

I would love to hear him talk.

He has such an evil face, I love it.

He's definately hiding something.

Yea, I was thinking the same thing. If that's true though, I can't even begin to imagine what the stuff that actually made it into the game will be like. Most likely, he auditioned with that image (CDPR require a link to your portfolio when you apply for a job) and then just didn't remove it. If that's the case, then I'd say we stand a good chance of seeing the guy in the final game.
