I also buy the epic, but a legendary one is also available (15s instead of 10s).
Honestly, I bought it just to see what it looked like. I saved right before buying and I am planning on backing it out as I don't need it at the moment. But good to know there is a legendary version around. I was going to the ripperdoc to see the stats required for the +200 Subdermal Armor.

It's for that I said "two at least". Because in my memories (sometimes wrong...), I have already seen three during the Kerry's quest on the balcony of the night club (in 1.23). But I was not sure at all
