Sadly no way to alter your appearance. Here's hoping they add some kind of system like in Fallout 4 where you have the option to use barbers to change hair and plastic surgeons to alter the face.
I think there are guides how you alter your character by playing around with save files too, I recall seeing one guide on youtube.
