HDR10 PQ and scRGB both cause the clipping point of the TVs Internal tonemapper (Dynamic Tonemapping set to ON or OFF) to clip at 500-600ish nits instead of the expected 4000nits.
Only way to fix this is to open an application that sends HDR Metadata to the display, VLC works
