Help me please to install the game

hello everybody! I 've problem, when I want install my game the witcher, an error (-5005: 0x80070002) arive. Infortunately because of this mistake I can't install the game. Windows tell me ;" we must refer to Support". Please help me everybody, thank a lot and farewell for now xD. :wall:[MOD]Title clarification[/MOD]

what type of game ( digital download/original game DVD / enhanced edition DVD ) ?
