Low fps in a great pc

Cpu i7 4930k
GPU sli gtx 780 Ti
16GB RAM
OS Windows 8.1
I've just re install thenwitcher 2 after the format of my pc, and non the game is unpleyable. I am getting 30 fps, and when there are enough enemies on screen go down to 20/23, befere the formatting im get 80 more frame. There is any solution?

Maybe the newest drivers have some issues.Maybe try downgrading the drivers.

If it`s a fresh format then it`s possible that the windows indexing service could be slowing it down a bit . Also an active virus scanner can slow the game down .

I've just solved, I've modify the sli profile and now the game run with ubersampling 100+ frame per second! Thanks for the help!
