Multipurpose Thread Regarding Preorder/Collector's Edition and Steam
Ok. First question:
I want to preorder the collector's edition. However, it appears that it gives you a physical copy of the game. This is fine in and of itself.
However, will there be any way for me to connect this game with my Steam account so that I can earn the achievements and the trading cards and such? I have the other two games on Steam.
Second order of business: (If cdpr reads the forums)
It really sucks that PC gamers won't be getting the card game and cloth map in the collector's edition. It isn't THAT big of deal, and it isn't a deal breaker by any means. It still sort of sucks though. I understand why you felt you needed to do it. You should consider selling these items and miscellaneous goodies on your website though. People would definitely buy a witcher related shirt, hat, poster, trinkets, etc. I know I would.
