I dont mind if we get the 1st(maybe some additional quest in Skellige ) and 3rd thing from your list, but just when the editors team will arrange that, not sooner. About the 2nd and last point i dont think its possible. First-all PR company is now aimed for Witcher 3 The Wild Hunt. Maybe there will be anounces and trailers but not si soon. About second- CDPR already told us that they want to present us the whole game, not just a small piece to tease. So lets just be patient.
