One thing I do wonder is if the footage we've seen of Geralt is of a high level. It looked like he was able to maintain full gallop longer than weve seen in other footage. Which could mean that these times are dramatically different depending on what point of the game you are at. That would also explain how that one previewer took around 6 minutes to cross White Ochard from top to bottom.
