Will there be any diffrence Content wise between PC Vs Console?

For me it looks like will be unable to get a new PC in time of games release. I know now thinking of picking up the PS4 version instead. I am wondering if there will be any content differences between the Console and PC.

Content will be the same across all platforms.

The only significant difference is that there might be useful mods for the PC version... but not for PS4 & XB1.
Could be crucial if you like modding or exploring what mods can add. Otherwise content is the same.

(There *will* be mods for PC, it is not guaranteed they will be useful).
