How can I activate my physical version of The Witcher 3 on steam?

Usually you just enter the provided STEAM code into STEAM......

There was no Steam code in my package or where to find it?

I believe it's a GOG/GOG Galaxy code only. I was hoping for a Steam code with my graphics card but got a GOG code instead. The good thing is that it's totally DRM free so you actually own the game itself. In that sense it's better than Steam. You can always run it through Steam as a shortcut as well.
