Eye for an eye quest bug

I'm currently on the quest eye for an eye and i'm supposed to meet Roche in hanged mans tree. He's not in there and reloading my save/restarting the game does nothing. Any workarounds for this?

Hi! I'm having the same issue. Roche is not showing up at the quest marker. Some help would be appreciated!

Ok. I seem to have found the answer for the problem. You have to meet with Dijkstra and Roche first in "A Deadly Plot" quest. After that Roche appears at the tree.

i do the deadly plot but he is not there .... he is in the fucking camp

It's apparently a bug in the game if you do deadly plot before eye for an eye. The game doesn't know where to place him after that. Think our only option is to wait for a fix. Disappointing since i already finished the story

I hope they fix quickly in a meanwhile gonna do side quests
