Talking of devil is a reference to the short story called Edge of the World. The pun is untranslatable into english.

It's the reference to one of the Witcher short stories - "Where the devil says good night" in raw translation from Polish, "Where the devils play" might actually be an official translation. The plot of the story takes place on the edge of the civilization in rural area with relic beings (devils) and elves roaming around.
