(PS4) Cannot leave vizima (new bug?)

Hi. I just got to vizima and recieved the quest called nilfgaardian contacts. I am suppose to travel to velen the only problem is that I do not get the option to fast travel. When I go to the gate, the map opens but I cannot fast travel. I cannot do anything, is this a bug? Update 1.03. I would be happy if anyone know what I should do. Thanks

After it opened up the world map did you click on the region map than tried to fast travel to the active signpost on that region map?

Yep, there is no option to fast travel whatsoever, its really weird, I have not seen or read about this bug earlier

Ah sorry man was hoping you couldnt figure how to work the maps .. it sucks.

Yeah its really sad, I cant do the main quest, in fact I cant do much at all.
