Lags When i walking

hello i want know why i have lag when i walking, my computer is a core i5 4460 gtx 970 zotac, 8 gb ram, i dont know why i have lag with 60 fps or more, this happened when the game updated to version 1.0.4, i have last driver from nvidia, steam user thanks.

Sometimes when I walk I can see that some frames go missing. It happens mostly during the day under bright sunlight, and never happens at night or during a storm at any time. By lag do you mean it takes more than a moment to get Geralt to move, or do you mean its like what I am experiencing?

it happens all time :S, i change game setting to low and continue with lags
