I hear sile is in the witcher 3 somewhere can anyone tell me where she is.
she was my fave character in witcher 2

First you have to confirm she's alive when asked or import a TW2 save with her alive obviously
You will find her automatically as the story goes on

You get to know what happens/would have happened to her regardless of whether or not she's still alive after Witcher 2. It's done via updates on her character page.

OP, you'll find her while doing main quests.
