Great instances of pop in since patch 1.03

Has anyone else noticed this? Zoltan's location sometimes doesn't load at all until I'm half way into the building. Is there any update of this being improved?

It's not just on console you get the same bug ( or call it whatever you want bug/on purpos) on pc now.
