Witcher 3 PC blurry issues

I'm playing witcher 3 on PC with everything turned on ultra, still I am seeing trees and bushes in the distance that are extremely blurry. I've also noticed blur on my chainmail armor. Anyone else got the same problem? No sweetfx installed.

i'm playing on gtx 980 everything maxed out, sharpening off and i don't notice anything blurry. however if you switch on sharpening the whole picture will be like " painted". some people's eye prefer that, so you can try. also the blurred distanced trees are intended and are caused by the setting " depth of field" if i'm right.

conclusion: switch off motion blur, depth of field, turn on sharpening and see if it's better for your eyes.

I've tried turning everything off/on and nothing change. I've been playing this on ps4 aswell I never noticed this until now on the PC version. Also playing on gtx 980 btw.
