Where do you get Oathbreaker armor [reskinned Redanian Halberdier]?

Has anyone come across diagrams for this?

I found it in southern Velen, a guarded treasure nearly as far south as you can go. Frischlow I think it was, near or in a graveyard.

The armor on its own or diagrams to craft it?

Actually I think it was the armor, not the diagram.

Is it only the armor or are there gloves, pants and boots as well? I found the Black Unicorn but didn't find a single piece of the armor. They should just have the armor import if you have a save from Witcher 2.

The Relic items are always a Random drop (for instance I have 4 different leveled version of the Moon Blade). The Oathbreaker's Armor (its only the armor) is a Relic drop as well.

True, I found 2 relic diagrams so far (one armor, one sword) and both where random drops earlier in the game...
