Any certain people I should sell gems to?

So I'm sitting on a bit of gemstones at the moment and want to make sure there's nobody else I could sell these gems to before I sell them to a weaponsmith or whatnot. Or I guess a better question to ask is what kind of merchant pays the most for gemstones?

You do know that you can dismantle the gems for crafting materials right? Unless you don't need the crafting materials. And sometimes the stuff you get from dismantling something sells for more.

Yeah I'm aware I can dismantle them, but I have a buttload of the gem dusts so I'm not really worried. I'd prefer to know who to sell the gems/gem dusts to.

Also if a mod could move this to the item discussions that would be great, I forgot there was a subforum for that. Sorry, apologies.
