No password is restored

Hello, I am unable to properly recover my password. Every time I walk on the link to a site sends me a letter, I can not change my password. When I dial my password (this is more than 10 characters) and save it, the site tells me this is an error code authorization. I am only one of horrific suffering managed to restore my password, but I forgot it again. Sorry for my English.
