Gwent card blocked behind broken person in distress

I can't finish my gwent collection because of a bug preventing the person in distress near Claywich to stay in the cage and no key to free him in sight. I heard that this guy sells cards that cannot be obtained anywhere else. Is there a solution to this probleme ?

There is not.. we just have to wait I have/had the same problem I completed the game 3 times: first playtrough no key.. 2. & 3. playtrough I got the key but the merchant never came to claywitch village..

I have the same problem pleas fix that !! This block my way to platinum ... 80h of game-play and i don't want to start over again just for 2 cards
