On/Off option for auto-sheathe and auto-draw

I'm getting REALLY tired of those archers scoring free hits or almost one-shotting me because Geralt is that one step too far away and decides to put away his sword.
What good are those 3 skill points in Arrow Deflection when you can't use it in a reliable manner?

This NEEDS an on/off option. Badly.

Auto-draw as well for that matter. I noticed some really funky behavior when exiting certain cutscenes that are immediately followed by combat where Geralt would draw, sheathe and draw again leaving me defenseless and (almost) beaten to bloody pulp.

I'm having the exact same problem. Not all the time but it happens often enough that I'd really appreciate an option to turn automatic sword handling off.
