Reason of State fails after turn in Battle Preparations

Yesterday I was playing after the patch 1.07, and when I started the quest On Thin Ice, my quest (that was already considered complete) Reason of State fails.

I killed Radovid and Dijkstra, and side with Vernon Roche.

Even though Reason of State marked as failed does not affect my ending, because I finished the game with the quest marked as failed, it gets pretty annoying.

To clear any confusion: I got the ending I wanted,

Ciri is a witcher, Emhyr is the Emperor of Novingrad.

So the game considers that the quest is COMPLETE, even though it is there on the Fail tab.

I already looked for on other forums but it seems no one has answers for it, people said it was suppose to be fixed on patch 1.06

Confirmed. Patch 1.07 (Steam version) updated.

Having completed Reason of State quest line and

siding with Roche and Thaler and killing Dijkstra after killing Radovid

, it was shown in my log as complete and all green ticked, upon commencing the On Thin Ice quest it shows Reason of State failed.

It probably just got turned back on during the patch. I am sure they will fix this glitch like they did with other similar ones soon enough. They posted they are looking at some of the Patch 1.07 issues so hopefully this will get included too.
